GEST presents the Scandinavian premiere of Fly Me To The Moon. A hilarious new black comedy from the award-winning playwright Marie Jones, who also wrote Stones in His Pockets that GEST had a huge success with in 2009.

I dream about money Francis, do you? …Maybe people like us aren’t meant to have that kind of money.

​

Davy Magee, 84, leads a lonely life whose only regular company are care workers Loretta and Francis. When he unexpectedly dies one day leaving an unclaimed pension the carers find themselves facing a moral dilemma.

​

We clean up piss and shit for 6 quid an hour. They owe us that money.

​

With few opportunities and unemployed husbands the women make decisions which escalate events beyond their control.
